What is the use of TEMOSIDE 250MG?
Brain cancer:
It is prescribed for the treatment of brain cancer as a second-line treatment for stellate cell tumors and as a first-line treatment for polymorphic glioblastoma and metastatic melanoma.
Anaplastic astrocytoma
This medicine is use for treatment of anaplastic astrocytoma (a type of brain cancer).
Glioblastoma Multiforme
Temoside 250mg Capsule is used to treat glioblastoma multiforme (a type of brain cancer).
How to take TEMOSIDE 250MG?
- Take capsules orally as recommended by a doctor.
- Swallow Whole Capsules. Do not crush, break, or chew.
- It comes in 5, 20, 100, and 250 mg capsules. The daily dose for adults is usually in the range of 150-200 mg. Take the medicine on an empty stomach, 2 or 1 hour before meals or at bedtime.

Missed dose: If you miss a dose of 100 Temoside capsules, take it as soon as possible. However, if you are near your next dose, skip it and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Precautions before

- Treatment with temozolomide can cause infertility, therefore male patients should be consulted about sperm preservation before treatment.
- Do not drink alcohol while taking Temozolomide.
- During treatment with temozolomide, medications may be prescribed to prevent nausea and other side effects.
- Be especially careful not to bleed after shaving or brushing your teeth.
- Do not drive or use a car during treatment with temozolomide. This can cause tiredness and drowsiness.
